Nadeem's offered his consultancy services including menu planning, ingredient sourcing strategy, kitchen operations management, staffing, training and delivery integration.
The concept of a smooth-running central kitchen displays a fine illustration in the brand The Masterchef Confectionaries in Trivandrum. It prepares and delivers baked delights like pastries, tarts, cheesecakes, cookies, etc. and manufactures bread for its own outlets in the city. Nadeem's consultancy services for the project included kitchen design, menu strategy, operations planning & management, staff sourcing and training.

Set up an Indo- arabian restaurant in the heart of Manipal. Serves modified arabian cuisine fit for the indian palette. The restaurant focuses on giving a premium experience when it comes to service and food to the students and families in Manipal. Menu includes arabian kababs, mandi, shawarma, biriyani, etc. Chef nadeem did a turnkey solution for the brand (FOH and kitchen consulting).
Set up a flag ship outlet of an existing brand in Bangalore. The restaurant serves a multi cuisine menu that includes Indian, chinese, tandoor, arabia and fried chicken. The restaurant focuses on serving quality food at an affordable price and the menu and portions were curated based on that. The restaurant has 220 covers along with a party hall that can cater to about 200 guests.
